Missionswerkstatt
In the workshop, people put their personal mission into words. It becomes a bridge between their own values and the structures of an organisation.

Three Perspectives on Futures
Makes a group's images of the future visible and open to discussion: projected-official, plausible, absurd-utopian. Hidden assumptions become negotiable.
30 minutes of input, 90 minutes of group work, 60 minutes of reflection. Online or in person.
