Scenario2Agency is an offer from the youngk collective. It develops scenarios and translates them into decisions, AI-supported and with human quality control. The result is three to four fully written scenarios with narratives, developed iteratively with the client’s input and a participatory workshop. The name describes the path from scenario to the capacity to act.

Behind it is the CustomGPT scenario tool. Jonas Drechsel delivers Scenario2Agency with Georg Jänchen, for leadership teams and for organisations that have to decide quickly under pressure.

  • Which decision is coming up in the next twelve months?
  • Which assumption about it is still untested?
